Thank you!!! Do you drink a lot of Bairrada? We do not have that many in our market.

I do, I really love the wines coming out of that region. I ship a lot from New Jersey- much larger selection on the coast!

Very cool! The wine store had brought in the featured wine quite a while ago, I never had it before. It was open for a in store tasting. It was funny how all of us reacted the same way, pleasantly surprised. 😃 The label is unremarkable. I suppose we judged the book... by its cover, so to speak!

Oh goodness, don't do that! I try and never judge by a label. Some people have absolutely zero marketing knowledge and budget, especially small wineries in Portugal! Glad you liked it though!

Totally! These wineries cannot be experts at everything!!

Bairrada is one of my favorite finds! My husband and I were introduced to it at a lovely wine shop in Sintra, Portugal, and we are always seeking it out here in the US. I've been seeing more of it lately, and it's very exciting!

Yes! They are lovely and the quality is amazing particularly for the price. So cool that you have been to Sintra!

Portugal is one of my favorite countries to visit! We got to spend a couple of weeks there and visit many beautiful towns. Sintra and Èvora are my two favorites.
